WE ARE EXPRESSLY NOT:

• An agent or representative acting on your behalf
• A guarantor of review quality, acceptance, or compliance
• Affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Amazon.com or Amazon Vine

All content generated by our Service is provided solely as a draft for your review, modification, and approval. We do not submit, post, publish, or transmit any content to Amazon or any other third-party platform on your behalf.

2. User Responsibility and Acknowledgment

By using this Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vine-Reviewer.com, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) any content you submit to Amazon or other platforms; or (e) any claim that your use of the Service or submitted content caused damage to a third party.

Upon generation, you own the draft content created by the Service based on your input. However, this ownership does not transfer any liability to Vine-Reviewer.com for how you choose to use, modify, or submit that content. You are solely responsible for all content you submit to any platform.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting our support team. Refund of payment does not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms for any content generated during your use of the Service.
